Archiage, founded in 1981, is an award-winning, full-service interior design firm headquartered in Bangalore, specializing in luxury residential interiors throughout India. Recent awards and recognition include winning IFDA New 2020 Silver Award and being named one of House Beautiful’s 2022 Next Wave designers.
Whether enhancing an environment’s architectural vocabulary or realizing complete home redesigns, all of our projects are guided by the relationships we build with our discerning clientele. BIO
Aditya Thar believes that if we live in homes that are beautifully designed, and in alignment with our definition of comfort and wellness, our lives feel complete. It is that ideal upon which he founded his first startup design firm, Aditya Thar Design.
Early in his career, Aditya worked in fashion before deciding to specialize in luxury interiors. Aditya's passion for his chosen career quickly became clear when he began creating beautiful interiors for clients who were drawn to his keen eye for colour and inherent sense of style.
CORE TEAM
The Archiage team believes it is vitally important for people to know they are in good hands--that’s what allows each client to enjoy the journey of the process, as well as the final outcome.
As much as they are precise, Aditya Thar and his team are also known for their warm, friendly demeanor and quickly earning their clients' trust. Perhaps that’s the reason the design team has frequently worked on multiple homes for the same clients – some of whom they’ve served for over a decade.
